We found the villa to be clean, tidy and well-equipped, with pretty much everything that we could need during our stay. Nice touches included the welcome pack. The rooms were all comfortable and a good size, and the swimming pool was also big enough for the four of us without getting in each other's way.

The local bars and restaurants are a 10 minute walk. Playa Blance town centre is about 30-40 minute walk, but we found it much easier to use the local buses (1.40 euro, every 30 minutes and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop) and taxis – they arrive very promptly and it only costs about 7.00 euros.  We stayed local most of the time but occasionally walked to town and got a taxi back. The town itself is pretty busy with a huge choice of bars & restaurants with a wide variety of foods on offer.  Marina Rubicon is just a bit further along the coast with yet more restaurants!

Beautiful new villa with quality linen and towels.  Excellent facilities, very spacious, private but with nice views. Local bars and restaurants are great and within walking distance.  If adventurous or (like me) out for a bit of sunshine training then I'd recommend a walk / run up Montana Roja. Many thanks - recommended.
